LONDON,26MARCH2014-- Sierra Gorda SCM (“Sierra Gorda”) and Wogen Resources Limited (“Wogen”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into an exclusive multi-year Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”). Under the terms of the Agreement, Wogen will exclusively distribute Sierra Gorda’s molybdenum products to Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Eastern Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. Wogen will also be a non-exclusive partner in China.
Kevin Pritchett, Head of Molybdenum Sales & Marketing for KGHM International, the operator of Sierra Gorda, said, “We are pleased to have entered into an Agreement with Wogen, whose breadth of knowledge and experience will assist us in our strategy to deliver world-class products and services to steel and alloy companies in these important regions.”

About Sierra Gorda
The Sierra Gorda project is a joint venture between KGHM International Ltd., Sumitomo Metal Mining and Sumitomo Corporation. Located less than 4 kilometers from the town of Sierra Gorda, in Region II, Northern Chile, the project is nearing the end of the pre-stripping phase in preparation for production in 2014. Estimated production from current reserves average 483 million pounds of copper, 25 million pounds of molybdenum and 64,000 ounces of gold per year for the life of mine.
