Recently, the domestic titanium sponge market has enjoyed peace for a while. The first grade titanium sponge stays at Yuan 50000/ton around since the inch-up in May. Though titanium producers always want to push the price up, the downstream market is unable to give support.

　　A producer from Chaoyang express that the company has produced more than 700 ton, and the offer for the first grade titanium sponge is about Yuan 51000/ton, and most deals are at Yuan 50000/ton. There are more demand from military high-ending users, while civil demand is relative weak.

　　Another producer from Henan says the company keeps the capacity at 900 ton a month. The first grade titanium sponge is at Yuan 50000/ton with actual conclusion at the same level. The domestic production is about 4000 ton per month at the moment, and the supply and demand is balanced generally.

　　Our opinion is: the titanium sponge market is in a period of stability, there is little support to rise and little possibility to fall. The current mainstream tendency is still stable.
