European stock market dropped again yesterday,except for Germany. Although the series of economic data which United States has announced are higher than expected, the market's fears still drag the stock market down. World Bank Chief Economist Justin Lin said yesterday, if the European countries failed to deal with debt problems, they may compromise the developing countries. Domestic manufacturing purchasing managers index (PMI) released recently declined slightly, which shows that domestic manufacturing industry slowdown, while on Monday Premier Wen Jiabao warned that the global economy remains vulnerable to the impact of sovereign debt risk. Yesterday, base metal prices has declined in London futures market, and nickel foture offer is 20,505 U.S. dollars / ton, down 900 U.S. dollars compared with previous trading day. Domestic spot price of nickel is 170,000 yuan / ton yesterday. Price fell in foreign markets, so domestic prices is expected to fall again, and recently market consolidation will go on. |
