Future goods of chrome ore from several major countries all drop about $5/ton, including South Africa chrome ore. The price of Turkey chrome concentrate also slides slightly.

　　The price of South Africa chrome concentrate has made no adjustment, the main reason is that suppliers are fast and the pressure is low. They are able to make no comment on the depreciation of the current Yuan. The transaction has nothing special due to the accident at Tianjin port. Plants are not hurry to purchase, and most transactions are slim except tight supply from South Africa. The domestic 40-42% fine ore from South Africa is about Yuan 29-30/mtu, 40-42% lump from Turkey is at Yuan 41.5-42.5/mtu.

　　The high carbon ferrochrome is stable today and inquiries are not actively made. Plants are still running positively though the price is not high. Producers are not pessimistic about the profit. However, pressured from the downstream market, the price of high carbon ferrochrome has little possibility to go up. Current assessment for high carbon ferrochrome is at Yuan 6300-6500/50 mt.
